PYT-141 Condom Automatic Burst Tester | Two-Station Burst Volume and Pressure Testing Machine

The Peyotal Condom Automatic Burst Tester features a two-station dual-head architecture equipped with one-button automated operation to streamline daily laboratory quality control. Through its intuitive control interface, the machine automatically detects, displays, and logs inflation pressure, accumulated volume, and elapsed inflation time up to the exact moment of specimen rupture, while providing automated pass/fail analysis and defect tracking for non-compliant samples. The software architecture allows laboratory technicians to independently add or edit testing standards, supports standalone offline operation with automatic data acquisition, and connects seamlessly to centralized supervisory systems where a single computer can monitor and control at least two condom blasters simultaneously. During testing, the condom is mounted onto a 220 mm inflation rod (featuring a 25 mm top spherical diameter) and secured with a 40 mm inside diameter clamping ring. Regulated air is introduced at a standardized aeration rate of (0.4 to 0.5) dm³/s or (24 to 30) dm³/min until the condom bursts. Delivering a burst pressure range of 0 to 5.0 kPa (accuracy: 0.01 kPa) and a volume measurement capacity of 0 to 60 dm³ (accuracy: <= +/-1.5%), the instrument generates standardized test reports and prints immediate physical test receipts. Powered by AC 220V 50Hz within a compact 50 kg benchtop/floor footprint (1200 mm * 500 mm * 1300 mm) connected via a Ф6mm polyurethane tube to an external 0.6 to 1 MPa pneumatic line, this instrument provides reliable testing for condom manufacturing lines, batch inspection facilities, and regulatory laboratories.
