The system allows operators to independently add or edit testing standards, functions in standalone offline modes with automated data logging, and can be integrated into centralized lab environments where a single computer simultaneously monitors and controls at least two multi-station blasters. During standard procedures, the condom is mounted onto a 220 mm inflation rod (featuring a 25 mm top spherical diameter) and secured using a 40 mm inside diameter clamping ring. Regulated air inflation is applied at a standardized aeration rate of (0.4 to 0.5) dm³/s or (24 to 30) dm³/min until rupture occurs.
