PYT-140 Condom Automatic Burst Tester | Single-Station Burst Volume and Pressure Testing Machine

The Peyotal Condom Automatic Burst Tester delivers automated one-button testing for quality control and R&D laboratory workflows. Through its manual interface operation, the system automatically detects, displays, and logs inflation pressure, accumulated volume, and elapsed time up to the exact moment of specimen rupture, while offering automated defect analysis for non-compliant samples. The internal software allows technicians to independently add or edit testing standards, supports standalone offline operation with automatic data acquisition, and connects to central laboratory setups where one computer can simultaneously manage at least two condom blasters. During testing, the condom is positioned over a 220 mm inflation rod (featuring a 25 mm top spherical diameter) and secured with a 40 mm inside diameter clamping ring. Pressurized air is injected at a regulated aeration rate of (0.4 to 0.5) dm³/s or (24 to 30) dm³/min until the condom bursts. With a burst pressure span of 0 to 5.0 kPa (accuracy: 0.01 kPa) and a volume capacity of 0 to 60 dm³ (accuracy: <= +/-1.5%), the instrument outputs physical test receipts via its integrated printer and compiles structured reports. Built into a compact footprint measuring 600 mm * 500 mm * 1300 mm with a net weight of 40 kg, the single-head apparatus connects to an external 0.6 to 1 MPa air source via a Ф6mm polyurethane tube, delivering reliable testing for specialized condom testing laboratories, quality audit centers, and manufacturing lines.
